Food Distribution

We import packaged food from manufacturers worldwide and distribute it by the case to the retail, grocery and convenience channel of the United States East Coast. We buy finished, retail-packed product — and we are the importer of record.

ModelHow the trade works

We were established to build long-term commercial relationships with reliable international manufacturers — through direct import, private label, maquila and wholesale distribution. We purchase finished goods at an agreed Incoterm, carry them into the United States under our own name, warehouse them here, and sell by the case into retail.

The manufacturer’s responsibility ends at the agreed Incoterm. We do not ask suppliers to manage United States import formalities on our behalf.

SuppliersWhat we look for
  • Finished, retail-packed products with good shelf life and attractive packaging
  • An FDA-registered manufacturing facility with a designated U.S. Agent
  • Recognised food safety certification — FSSC 22000, BRCGS, IFS or SQF
  • Capacity for U.S.-format labelling in English, or willingness to develop it
