Physical and virtual servers, storage, directory and domain services, cloud and hybrid connectivity between sites, migration support, backup environments, and secure access to cloud collaboration platforms.
Backup & disaster recovery
Backup design and retention policy, off-site and cloud copies, documented recovery procedures with defined recovery objectives, and periodic restore testing so the plan is proven before it is needed.
IT operations & managed support
Helpdesk support, device setup and user onboarding, asset tracking, patching and monitoring, vendor coordination, and scheduled maintenance for business-critical IT environments.
