Sustainability

Two technologies that cut what a site has to buy in from outside: drinking water generated from the air, and electricity generated on the roof. Assessed, supplied, installed and maintained.

Practice areasTwo technologies

AWG Technology

Atmospheric water generation — drinking water condensed out of the humidity already in the air. No water source, no pipeline, no delivery truck.

Power

Solar Energy

Photovoltaic systems sized to the site’s own consumption, with hybrid and battery-backed configurations where continuity matters.

AWG TechnologyWater from air

Atmospheric water generation (AWG) produces drinking water by cooling ambient air below its dew point and condensing the moisture out of it. The unit needs only power and humidity — no well, no mains connection, no tanker.

For a site that currently buys bottled water by the pallet, the case is straightforward: the water is produced where it is consumed, and the plastic, the logistics and the storage disappear with it.

What we deliverAWG scope
Assessment

Site and climate study

Temperature and relative humidity across the full year at the actual location, and the output that profile genuinely supports — month by month, not as a single annual figure.

Selection

Equipment matched to the envelope

Units selected against the site’s real operating range — minimum humidity, maximum ambient temperature — and not against a nameplate rating measured in laboratory conditions.

Delivery

Supply, installation, commissioning

Equipment supply, mechanical and electrical installation, water treatment and mineralisation, and distribution to the points of use.

Operation

Service and water quality

Filter replacement, sanitisation schedule, performance monitoring and periodic water quality testing under an agreed maintenance scope.

How we quote. AWG output is governed by air temperature and humidity, not by the number on the datasheet. We assess the site’s actual climate profile before proposing any capacity — and we say plainly when a location does not suit the technology. A system sized on a laboratory rating will not meet it in the field.
Where AWG fitsBest-suited sites
  • Hotels and resorts replacing bottled water in rooms and F&B
  • Residential and corporate compounds on bottled-water contracts
  • Industrial facilities supplying drinking water to a large workforce
  • Government, educational and institutional buildings
  • Coastal and humid locations, where output is highest
  • Sites where delivered drinking water is expensive or unreliable

Solar EnergySystems we deliver
Grid-tied

Rooftop & ground-mount PV

Photovoltaic systems for commercial and industrial roofs, car-park canopies and open ground, engineered around available area, structure and orientation.

Self-consumption

Commercial & industrial supply

Systems sized to offset the site’s own daytime consumption, with metering and monitoring so the saving is measurable rather than estimated.

Storage

Hybrid & battery systems

Battery-backed configurations for sites that need continuity through outages, or that want to shift generation into evening load.

Off-grid

Standalone & pumping systems

Independent systems for remote sites, agricultural water pumping, and facilities without reliable grid supply.

Every solar proposal states its assumptions — tariff, consumption profile, irradiation basis and module degradation — so the projected payback can be checked rather than taken on trust.
MethodBoth technologies
  1. Site assessmentFor solar: consumption profile, available area, roof or ground condition, shading and grid connection. For AWG: climate profile, water demand, current water cost and delivery arrangement.
  2. System design and modellingSizing, layout and expected output under the site’s real conditions — with the assumptions written down.
  3. Commercial proposalEquipment specification, delivered cost, timeline, and the basis of every projected saving — stated openly.
  4. Equipment supplyProcured to the agreed specification, with lead times confirmed before order.
  5. Installation and commissioningDelivered with licensed local contractors, tested and commissioned against the design.
  6. Monitoring, service and maintenancePerformance monitoring and a maintenance scope agreed before handover, not after.
SectorsWhere these systems fit
  • Hotels, resorts and hospitality properties
  • Warehouses, factories and light industry
  • Retail centres, supermarkets and fuel stations
  • Agricultural sites and irrigation pumping
  • Schools, clinics and institutional buildings
  • Office and mixed-use commercial buildings

Have a site to evaluate?

For solar, send the location, the available area and twelve months of electricity bills. For AWG, send the location and one month of actual water spend. That is enough for a first sizing.
